Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

 

In accordance with the consumer rights act 2015

Cancellation/Unsuitable Item

You have the right to a full refund 30 days from the day you receive your goods if you notify us with your intention to cancel the contract  with us (i.e. if you wish to return the item ordered from us). A working day means Monday to Friday not including bank holidays or public holidays. You will receive a full refund of the price paid.

Goods, including free gifts with purchase, must be returned to us immediately and in the same condition in which you received them and at your own risk. Whilst in your possession you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods.

Your intention of return must be emailed to zebedeeshoes@gmail.com

If the contract has been cancelled in accordance of the above provision we will the process a full refund as soon as possible or within 14 days. This will not include postage costs.

We will not refund or pay for returns postage on sale items. We will offer a credit note for the sale items but not reimburse the customer for returns postage.

Replacement items can be ordered through the website or by direct contact with Zebedee Shoes.

All goods must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging with all tickets/labels attached. Returns postage will be charged for more than three items being returned.

Faulty Goods

Without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you think your goods are faulty please email us at zebedeeshoes@gmail.com. We can contact you to organise for the return of goods at our address of 67 Oundle Road, Peterborough, Cambs, PE2 9PE. We recommend that you get proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit back to us.

On receipt of the goods we will inspect and either:

> accept the return and refund the price of the goods plus postage, or
> If the the items are not found to be faulty, return them to you at your
cost

Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purpose of this procedure, goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards).
